Meet this sweet girl Joanna!

Joanna is a sweet little girl who is quite nervous of new people and experiences. She came in as a stray so we don’t have much background information about her so we are after a home that is willing to put in the time and training she needs to become more confident with every day life. She is a bundle of energy in the kennel and loves to jump around and talk to people and dogs that go past.

She hasn’t quite got used to being out and about on a lead yet but this is something that we are working on and she is getting a more confident every day. She does enjoy sitting down and taking in her surroundings but more than anything she just wants to jump up for a cuddle and kisses!  She is quick to jump on your knee when you are in the kennel with her and will sit for a fuss.

Due to Joanna being nervous she can live with children 16 years and over, subject to a successful meet. Any potential adopters will have to have multiple meets to ensure that Joanna can become more confident around everyone in the house before she goes home. Joanna has interacted well with dogs here at the home so we feel as though she could be rehomed with another dog, subject to a successful meet. We are unsure of how she would react around cats but due to her breed we would suggest she isn’t rehomed with a cat.
