This lovely girl is CeCe!

She can be a little timid when meeting new people and may bark at first – but don’t let that put you off it’s just her way of saying she is unsure.  Give her a little time and reassurance and she soon settles and shows her gentle, sweet nature.  Once she feels comfortable she is a lovely companion who enjoys being around her people and building that special bond.  She loves getting out for walks and is a joy to take out, walking nicely on the lead and happy to explore by your side.  She would do best in a patient, understanding home where she can build her confidence at her own pace and feel safe.  If you are willing to give her the time she needs, you will gain a loyal and loving companion. The potential adopter will need to commit to multiple regular meet and greets so Cece can get to know them before the adoption can take place. She will need continued slow socialisation to enable her to gain her confidence around new people and in new situations.

CeCe has socialised with other dogs whilst in our care and will do the odd play bow and have a sniff so we feel following a successful meet and greet could possibly live with another calm dog of similar size (must be neutered).

As CeCe came into the home as a stray we have no previous history on her and as she can be very unsure around new people we would prefer any children in the home to be 14+ years.

We are unsure how CeCe would react around cats.
