This charming boy Bailey is on the lookout for a loving home where he can truly thrive.  He is a confident and friendly boy who absolutely adores human attention, if you’re someone who enjoys a dog that loves a fuss he will fit right in.  He is full of personality and enthusiasm, which means he can be quite jumpy when excited.  Ongoing training and consistency will help him channel that energy in a positive way.  The good news is he’s already got a great foundation – he knows sit, paw, and lie down, and he is eager to learn more.  Bailey will need an active home where he can go on lots of long walks and adventures.  As a Poodle cross he will require regular grooming and clipping to keep his coat in good condition, so his new adopter should be prepared for the upkeep and regular visits to a groomer. He will need a private secure garden.

Bailey can be quite vocal around other dogs and will need continued, patient socialisation to help him build confidence and better manners in those situations.  Because of this, he would be best suited as the only dog in the home, where he can receive focused guidance and attention.  In the right home, with someone willing to invest time in his training and social development, he will make a loyal, affectionate and fun companion.

As Bailey came into the home as a stray we have no previous history on him so would prefer any children in the home to be 12+ years.
