Meet this handsome sausage, Vinnie!

Vinnie came in to our care as a stray where he was very nervous and unsure of his surroundings and meeting new people. But since being with us, he has really come out of his shell and is growing in confidence everyday!

With his long body, short little legs and his super cute floppy ears, Vinnie is definitely typical of  the dachshund breed! This also includes being vocal when out on his walks and thinking he is much bigger than he is! He has however been friendly with other dogs (even with a bit of barking!) – so we do think he could live in a home with another dog of a similar size – subject to a successful meet.

Knowledge of the breed would be beneficial but not essential.

We think Vinnie could live in a home where children are 14 years or older.

Despite his size, Vinnie has a big heart and a lot of love to give to his new family! He is such a sweetheart and deserves to find his forever home that will shower him with all the love that he deserves!
