Introducing Tia, a female Staffordshire Bull Terrier who arrived into our care as a stray.
On arrival, Tia was very nervous and spent a lot of her time in the back of her kennel refusing to interact with the staff.
Slowly, Tia started to trust the staff and gradually began to interact with a tail wag and looking for affection. We then began to learn that Tia was a sweet and friendly girl who loves playing with her toys and gets giddy around those people she trusts.
Tia loves being outside and exploring the great outdoors. This is when she has had the opportunity to meet some of our other dogs. Although she has been ok with some, Tia is not keen on those that get in her face and are overbearing. As Tia prefers her own space, she is best suited to being the only dog in the household.
Tia is looking for a home where children are over the age of 16 years and she is unable to live with cats.
As Tia was nervous on arrival, potential applicants must be aware that she may require several visits before the adoption can take place.
