Meet Sox! Sox is a lovely girl with a heart full of love and plenty of personality.  She adores lots of fuss and attention.  If she spots an empty lap, you can guarantee she’ll be straight on it. Sox is a clever girl and knows her basic commands, including her very own fancy spin! Sox can be quite a vocal lady, especially when she’s in her kennel or trying to let you know she’d like her ball thrown or a tasty treat.  She loves playing with her toys, chasing after them and having a good time.  She’s also a big fan of her walks, enjoying longer walks where she can explore and take in all the lovely smells along the way.  Sox really is a lovely-natured girl with so much love to give.  Once thing to be aware of is that’s she’s a little worried about being brushed, so she’ll need someone patient and gentle to help her build confidence with grooming.  She is looking for a loving home where she can enjoy plenty of fuss, adventures, playtime and, of course, a comfy lap to call her own!  Sox would benefit from a private secure garden so she can safely have off-lead time chasing around with her toys.

Sox has interacted with other dogs while in our care and she has no interest in them, so we feel she would be best rehomed as the only dog in the home.

As Sox came into us as a stray, we have no previous history on her, so would prefer any children in the home to be 14+ years.

No cats for her.

If you have a holiday booked in the next 3 months, please wait until you return to apply for a dog.

*Applications that are successful will be provided with further information on each dog to the best of the charity’s knowledge.
