Meet Roxy, a loveable XL Bully who arrived into our care as a stray.
Since arriving, Roxy has been a pleasure to care for with her friendly and approachable personality. She has interacted well with both our staff and volunteers and is always looking to be made a fuss of. She has knowledge of basic commands and will happily ‘sit’ in return for a tasty treat!
When spending time in her kennel, Roxy is calm and relaxed. She likes to have a staff member present who will play with her before chilling out with cuddles and belly rubs!
Roxy enjoys spending time outside exploring the great outdoors and although she can be strong, she does walk well on the lead.
Whilst in our care, Roxy has met a number of our other dogs and although she can be vocal when she sees them, she socialises well.
Roxy is looking for a committed family who understand the importance of the coming changes in law regarding her breed description. She will need to be exempted before 31st December 2023.
