This sweet girl is Meg.  She is a typical Border Collie and loves chasing her toys around the compound which she would happily do all day.  Once she has had a play she loves lots of fuss and cuddles. As she is so young she would benefit from ongoing training and socialisation and would really enjoy doing some agility classes. She is also very strong on the lead so continued lead training would be required.

We are looking for an active family for Meg where she can go on extra long walks exploring each day.

Knowledge of the breed would be an advantage.

Meg has interacted well with other dogs whilst in our care so following a successful meet and greet could live with another dog of similar size and energy levels.

We are unsure how Meg would react around cats.

As Meg came into us as a stray we have no previous history on her so would like any children in the household to be 14+ years.

Applications that are successful will be provided with further information on each dog to the best of the charity’s knowledge.
