Meet this sweet boy Max!
Max came into our care as a rehome but due to no fault of his own. He is a sweet and friendly older boy who is looking for a loving retirement home. He does potentially have separation anxiety so is after a home with a family that is around a lot so he doesn’t need to be left for long periods of time. He can pull a little on the lead as he gets excited about going out for walks, he still has plenty of energy for his age. He is a good boy when it comes to handling and grooming and enjoys the fuss. Max will need a dental before he goes home.
Max hasn’t lived with children before we we think that he can live with dog savvy children who are 12 years and over – subject to a successful meet.
Max isn’t interested in other dogs so could potentially be rehomed with another dog if the other dog was also small and calm – subject to a successful meet.
We are unsure how Max would react to cats.
