Meet our shy little man Gibsie.
Gibsie was a very nervous and timid boy when he first came into our care as a stray. Staff have slowly been able to help with his confidence and make him feel more comfortable. He is still quite shy and timid, so would love a home with an understanding family willing to help continue boost his confidence, going at Gibsie’s pace.
Due to Gibsie coming into our care as a stray, we don’t have any previous history on him. We do believe he would be best suited to an adult only home, where he can begin to trust his new family at his own pace.
It is unknown how Gibsie is around cats.
Throughout Gibsie’s time here with us, he has shown to be a little nervous and unsure around other dogs whilst out walking. Therefore, his new family must be willing to continue to help socialise and boost confidence around other dogs. For this reason, we believe he would be best as only dog in the home.
