Introducing Ghost, a young Husky who arrived into our care as a stray.
On arrival, Ghost was a very nervous of the kennel environment and wary around strangers. When entering the kennel, staff found Ghost retreating to the back of the kennel, refusing to interact and not wanting to leave for walks. As time has gone, she has shown slight improvement but will require further confidence building.
Whilst here, Ghost has met a number of other dogs who she has interacted well with. Although a little skittish when out, she can be a playful pup who likes to meet other dogs for a good sniff and does this with a waggy tail!
Ghost is looking for a patient and dedicated family with children over the age of 14 years, who are able to invest the time in building her confidence and providing her with ongoing training and socialisation.
As Ghost has been nervous since arrival, she may require several visits with potential adoptees before the adoption can take place.
