Elvis is our loveable big boy looking for his forever home.
When you first meet him he is very friendly and will happily come over to say hello to you however he hasn’t yet learned manners so he can try and jump to greet you, as he gets very excited.
Due to his size we find that Elvis is strong on the lead and we are currently putting in some training with him so he doesnt pull as much but we would suggest that he is rehomed to a family that has previous experience with large/ giant breeds
When it comes to other dogs it appears that he hasnt had much socialisation around them so at times he can get frustrated and want to go and say hello to them, which is something we are working on with him. However a new owner would need to bare in mind that socialisation is something that will need to be continued after adoption and therefore he would not be suited to a home with another dog/ cat or other animals.
Elvis came to us originally as a stray so sadly we dont have any history on him we therefore suggest he should be rehomed to a family with children no younger than 14 years old – subject to a successful meet.
