This beautiful girl is Effie.  She can be very shy and nervous when she meets new people but once she gets to know you she shows off her loving and affectionate side.  She is always up for a fuss and cuddles with the staff. We are looking for a quiet home for Effie where she can take her time to settle in.  She will benefit from continued training and socialisation to build up her confidence in new surroundings.  A private secure garden is a must for her so she can have off lead time having a sniff about.  Effie has interacted well with other dogs whilst in our care so following a successful meet and greet could be rehomed with another dog of similar size and quiet nature.

We are unsure how Effie would react around cats.

As Effie came into the home as a stray we have no previous history on her so would prefer any children/visiting children to be 14+ years.

Applications that are successful will be provided with further information on each dog to the best of the charity’s knowledge.
