Meet Duchy! This friendly girl is just a bundle of love, she can be a little timid at first but comes round super quick and has nothing but love and cuddles to give. Duchy loves nothing more than going for walks with staff and volunteers exploring the area and meeting new people and having off lead time in our compounds to play with her toys. Duchy also enjoys going back to her kennel and having a nap on her big comfy bed and snuggling up with you.

Duchy knows her basic commands but will benefit from ongoing training and socialisation to help her gain that extra confidence and build her skills.

Duchy has interacted well with other dogs whilst she has been in our care so we feel subject to a successful meet and greet she could be rehoused with a dog of similar size and energy levels.

We are unsure how Duchy will react around cats.

As Duchy came into the home as a stray we have no previous history on her so would prefer any children in the home to be 12+ years.

Applications that are successful will be provided with more information on each dog in our care to the best of the charity’s knowledge.
