Meet our fun loving and spirited boy Dele who is on the lookout for a home that can keep up with his boundless energy!

This little character is always on the go – full of life, enthusiasm and mischief.  He truly embodies the Terrier personality: Bright, busy and always ready for action.  He will need an active home that can provide plenty of exercise, enrichment and outlets for his energy.  Dele can be a bit barky at times, which is typical for a Terrier especially when he is excited or looking for attention.  Ongoing training and mental stimulation will help channel this in a positive way. One of his favourite things in the world are his toys! He absolutely loves to play and is brilliant at entertaining himself, happily spending time tossing toys around and keeping busy.  This makes him a great companion for someone who enjoys interactive play but also appreciates a dog with a bit of independence.

He is generally ok with other dogs, however, he can be very full-on and boisterous in his approach.  He doesn’t always understand boundaries and can overwhelm some dogs, so he would benefit from continued socialisation and guidance to help him learn appropriate interactions. So for this reason we would like him to be the only dog in the home.  Previous experience with Terriers would be an advantage. With the right home, guidance and structure he will make a hugely entertaining and loving companion who will keep you smiling every day.

No cats or small furries for Dele due to his breed.

As Dele came into the home as a stray we have no previous history on him so would prefer any children in the home to be 12+ years.
