Meet Chance!  He is a lovely, friendly boy who absolutely adores people and loves nothing more than lots of fuss, attention and affection.  He is a real character and will happily make sure you know when he wants attention!  Chance can be quite an excitable boy and will jump up when seeking attention.  When he becomes over-stimulated, he can also be a little humpy so his new adopter will need to be prepared to calmy redirect him and help him learn appropriate ways to manage his excitement.  He can be vocal in kennels and is also a bit of an escape artist, so secure surroundings and a family who can keep a close eye on him will be important.  The good news is that Chance has already had his BOAS surgery and has made a full recovery.  His health and breathing have been carefully supported, and he is now fully recovered from the procedure.  Chance is a fun, affectionate and loving little boy with plenty of personality.  He is looking for a home that will give him the time, patience and structure he will need.  He will also need a private secure garden.

Chance has socialised with other dogs whilst in our care but can be a little ‘humpy’ with them so we feel he would be best rehomed as the only dog in the home where his adopter can work on his manners when interacting with other dogs.

As Chance came into the home as a stray, we have no previous history on him so would prefer any children in the home to be 14+ years.
