This lovable livewire is Bertie

Bertie is a very sweet boy but it was clear to us that he hadn’t had much training and socialisation when he arrived in our care. We have worked hard with him on training but we are looking for a patient and understanding owner who is prepared to continue this after adoption.

During his time here he has socialised with other dogs, he is vocal when he sees them but again this is something that is due to lack of socialisation which is something that we are working on with him but will need to be continued after adoption. We do feel though that he can possibly be rehomed with another dog – subject to a successful dog meet.

Due to Bertie coming to us as a rehome we do have some history on him and we feel that he would be suited to an active family with children no younger than 16 years old – subject to a successful meet.
