Meet this darling boy, Akela,
Akela is a young, excitable boy who will require an active home that is able to match his energy. Akela is a very intelligent chap but does require some further training due to his age. He is generally a sweet boy but can be nervous when you first meet him.
Since being with us Akela has come out of his shell a lot and has grown in confidence hugely. However, due to having this nervous streak, we feel he would be best suited to living in a home with children over the age of 16 years of age.
While he has been with us, he has also met quite a few dogs. It is evident that Akela has not socialised much before coming to us as a stray and for this reason he is to be the only dog in the home. New owners must be whiling to build Akela’s confidence further when socialising with other dogs.
