Meet Harley!  She is a beautiful girl who is full of life, fun and personality!  This lovely girl is very energetic, playful and giddy, and she absolutely loves being around her people.  Harley is a very friendly and affectionate girl who enjoys plenty of fuss and attention.  She has a big personality and lots of character. Harley is still very young and has plenty to learn.  She doesn’t always remember just how powerful she is and can get over-excited, particularly when she is happy to see someone.  She does jump up for attention, so one of her important lessons will be learning that all four paws need to stay on the floor.  With patience, consistency and positive guidance, this is something she can work on.  Harley can be strong on the lead so will need continued lead training.  In the kennel environment, Harley can be very vocal, especially when she is excited or wants some attention.  Once she gets out and has the chance to enjoy some exercise and interaction, her fun-loving personality really comes through.  Harley is looking for an active home where her energy can be embraced and where she will get plenty of exercise, enrichment, training and quality time with her new family.  Her new adopter will need to be prepared for a young, energetic dog.  Harley isn’t looking for a quiet life – she is looking for a home who will enjoy her giddy, playful and affectionate nature and help her grow into the wonderful adult dog she has the potential to become.  Harley will need a private secure garden.

Harley has socialised well with other dogs whilst in our care, and is very giddy and playful.  We feel she could potentially live with another lively dog following a successful meet and greet.  (must be neutered).

As Harley came into the home as a stray we have no previous history on her so would prefer any children in the home to be 14+ years.
