Seven-month-old Winter is one of the dogs looking for a new home

Eight dogs from Manchester and Cheshire Dogs Home entering 2022 without a loving family

January is a time of making new resolutions, committing to new causes and generally starting a ‘New Year, New Me’ outlook.

The residents at Manchester and Cheshire Dogs Home are no exception, as they spent Christmas at the kennels, with the hope that 2022 will bring new beginnings and a loving home.

Winter is still a puppy, and can be initially very nervous

Because she’s so young she is starting to grow more confident around people and new dogs, but she would need potential owners to commit to visiting her several times before adoption, to help her get used to being around them.

Once she’s comfortable, she loves nothing more than a belly rub and playing with her favourite toys.
