Meet Liam!

Liam is a very friendly and affectionate boy who is quite needy when it comes to strokes and cuddles and can be quite vocal when he wants your attention we think he will be a classic ‘velcro’ dog always wanting to be by your side. As he is still very young he is very lively and energetic and is always on the go.  Liam loves chasing around our compound and going for long walks in the area having a sniff about.  As Liam can be very vocal he probably isn’t suited to live in a flat/apartment and would definitely benefit from a private secure garden.  Liam will need ongoing training and socialisation. An active home for Liam is best where he can go on lots of adventures.

Liam has interacted with other dogs whilst in our care and can be very unsure around them so we feel he would be best suited as the only dog in the home and the adopter can work on socialising him out on walks to be more confident and comfortable around other dogs.  This must be done at Liam’s pace and not rushed.

Because of his breed Liam will need regular grooming and clipping to keep his coat in tip top condition.

As Liam came into the home as a stray we have no previous history on him so would prefer any children in the home to be 14+ years.

We are unsure how Liam would react around cats.
