This handsome boy is Albie!  Albie is very nervous and unsure around new people.  Over the last few weeks the staff have spent a lot of time with him gaining his trust and has shown them his sweet and friendly side.  Albie will need a quiet home with adopters that have previous experience with nervous large breed dogs.  Albie enjoys going for walks exploring the area but is quite strong on the lead. Albie is quite a large and strong dog at 39kg so would definitely benefit from ongoing training and socialisation which will help him with his lead walking. Albie would benefit from a private secure garden where he can safely have off lead time.

Albie has socialised well with other dogs whilst in our care but we do feel he would be best rehomed as the only dog where he can get 100% of the attention and training.

No cats for Albie.

As Albie came into the home as a stray we have no previous history on him and also that he is quite a nervous dog we would prefer any children in the home/visiting children to be 14+ years.
