Meet this handsome boy Rudy!

Don’t let his age fool you, this lively, energetic boy has plenty of energy and enthusiasm. Rudy is a friendly, excitable and affectionate boy who absolutely loves attention and fuss.  He has a big personality and is not shy about letting you know when he wants you to interact with him!  Rudy can be quite vocal when he wants your attention or, more importantly, when he thinks it’s time for you to throw his ball.  Rudy’s favourite thing to do is chase his toys, and he could happily spend all afternoon playing and having fun.  He also enjoys his long walks and would love an active home who can provide him with plenty of exercise and opportunities to explore.

Rudy is a strong boy on the lead, so his new adopters will need to be confident handling him and willing to continue working on his lead manners.  He does know his basic commands and with the right guidance, could continue to build on these. He would suit someone who enjoys getting out and about and is looking for a fun, lively companion with a larger-than-life  personality.

We think that Rudy could be rehomed with children who are 13 years and over – subject to a successful meet.

Rudy has interacted well with dogs whilst in our care so we believe that he could potentially be rehomed with another dog of similar size and temperament – subject to a successful meet.
