Meet Oakley, a gorgeous young boy with a big personality to match his paws!  Like any typical puppy, he’s full of life, fun and endless energy.  Oakley is a super playful, affectionate lad who loves nothing more than spending time with his people, especially if there’s a game of fetch involved.  His toys are one of his favourite things – along with tasty treats – and he will happily keep you entertained with his playful antics.  Oakley is still very much a baby and can become a little mouthy when he’s excited, so his new family will need to be patient and continue teaching him appropriate manners.  He will benefit from ongoing basic training and positive reinforcement to help him grow into a well-mannered adult.  He gets on well with other dogs and enjoys their company, but he has absolutely no concept of personal space or boundaries yet!  Continued socialisation and guidance will help him learn how to interact politely with other dogs.  Oakley is looking for an active home that can give him plenty of exercise, mental stimulation, and, most importantly, a commitment to his training and socialisation.  If you are looking for a sweet, energetic youngster with lots of potential and are prepared to invest the time, patience and love he deserves Oakley could be the perfect addition to your family. He will need a private secure garden.

Oakley could be rehomed with another playful dog, that would tolerate his full-on playing following a successful meet and greet (must be neutered).

As Oakley came into the home as a stray we have no previous history on him, and as he can be a bit nippy and mouthy we would prefer any children in the home to be 14+ years.
