This handsome boy is Quill.  He is a sweet and friendly lad.  He can be a little nervous when meeting new people for the first time, but once he gets to know you, his affectionate nature shines through.  He absolutely loves attention, enjoys plenty of fuss and will happily roll over for belly rubs.  When excited he can be a little mouthy.  He would benefit from continued guidance and positive reinforcement to help manage his excitement.  Around other dogs, he can be vocal when first meeting them as he is unsure.  However, once he has had a chance to have a sniff and become familiar, he settles down and is much more relaxed, so we would like Quill to be the only dog in the home where he can take his time building up his confidence with other dogs outside of the home.  He is a loving and affectionate boy with lots of character and would make a wonderful companion.

As Quill came into the home as a stray we have no previous history on him so would prefer any children in the home to be 14+ years.
