This handsome boy is Benny!  This cheeky young lad is full of personality and absolutely loves people.  He is incredibly friendly, affectionate and always ready for cuddles after a good run around. Like most Lurchers, he has a fun-loving, mischievous side too, if you leave treats within reach, don’t expect them to stay there for long! He is an active boy who loves his zoomies and could happily chase tennis balls for hours.  He already knows some basic commands and is eager to learn more with the right guidance and consistency.  He can be very strong on the lead, so his new owners will need to be confident handling larger dogs and willing to continue his training.  He also has a habit of shredding his blankets when bored or excited, so plenty of exercise and enrichment will be important for him.  We are looking for an active home where he can enjoy plenty of walks, playtime and companionship.  Due to his prey drive he cannot live with cats or small furries.  Benny will need a private secure garden.

Benny has interacted well with other dogs whilst in our care although he can be a little unsure at first.  We feel he could potentially live with another dog following a successful meet and greet.

As Benny came into the home as a stray we have no previous history on him so would prefer any children in the home to be 14+ years.
