Meet Winnie!  Winnie is a very friendly and energetic girl that is always on the go. She is very confident and will always run over to say hello looking for lots of fuss and strokes.  She can be very vocal when she wants your attention so probably not suited for living in a flat/apartment. Winnie can be very boisterous and bouncy when first meeting people so would benefit from ongoing training.  We are looking for an active family for Winnie where she can go on long walks every day exploring and get lots of mental stimulation.  She would benefit from a private secure garden where she can safely have off lead time.

Winnie has socialised with other dogs whilst in our care.  She is ok with calmer dogs but doesn’t like more lively dogs as she does like her own space.  She is happy to go on social walks with other dogs but does prefer to be on her own so for this reason we believe she would be best as the only dog in the home. She would benefit from continued socialisation.

No cats for Winnie.

As Winnie came into the home as a stray we have no previous history on her so would prefer any children in the home to be 14+ years.

Applications that are successful will be provided with further information on each dog to the best of the charity’s knowledge.
