Job Title:-  Assistant Home Manager

Description:-

This position covers a variety of duties that involve working as part of the team and has primary responsibility for Kennel & Reception management, the supervision of all staff and volunteers, and the welfare of the dogs at the Home.  This is a very practical, hands-on role, with extensive involvement on a day-to-day basis, along with deputising as directed in the day-to-day operations of the Home.  Working to Manchester Dogs Home codes of practice and Health & Safety guidelines and to promote the dog’s home services and maximize rehoming opportunities.  The Assistant Manager must be fully conversant with the duties and responsibilities of the other members of the team to cover for them during periods of absence.

Wage:-

£30,950.40 per annum

Hours:-

40 hours per week – working pattern includes weekend work this will be discussed upon interview
