This position covers a variety of duties that involve fixing and repairing of things both indoors and outdoors within the Dogs Home and to make the grounds of the home look appealing to the public and safe for both staff and the general public. The position revolves around general maintenance and also include driving/collections, driving license is essential.

You will need a basic knowledge of carpentry, gardening, plumbing and brick work. You should be able to fix minor issues that may arise within the Home within these categories. You will need to be good at troubleshooting general problems and seeking out quotes for further works that can’t be carried out, security conscious, and have an ability to solve maintenance issues.

Wage:-

£9.70 per hour

Hours:-

40 hours per week – working pattern includes weekend work this will be discussed upon interview
