Introducing Tundra; a 12 year old, 28kg Husky who arrived into our care as a stray.
Since arriving, Tundra has shown himself to be a happy and friendly boy who enjoys being made a fuss of.
Despite his senior age, Tundra is very active and enjoys his daily walks. He does walk well on the lead, however, he has been known to pull, usually when he is intrigued by something he can see in the distance, which his new owners need to be mindful of.
Tundra has met other dogs when out on his daily walks and although he has walked well alongside some, he isn’t afraid to tell them off if they get in his face.
Tundra is looking for a family who have knowledge of the Husky breed. As he prefers his own space, he will need to be the only dog in the household.
Children in the household need to be over the age of 14 years and he is unable to live with other pets.
