Meet Pookie! A bouncy, young staffy cross who arrived into our care as a stray.
Since arriving, Pookie has been no trouble at all with her playful and fun loving personality. She adores being the centre of attention and loves nothing more than being made a fuss of.
Pookie enjoys spending time out of her kennel and is always happy to go on her daily walks.
She can become giddy and gets super excited when she sees her lead and harness and can pull when she first get’s out therefore will require lead training.
When meeting other dogs, Pookie can be vocal and although wants to get up close to them, isn’t quite sure how to interact once she meets them. She has gradually grown in confidence around some of our other dogs and will occasionally try to play.
Being only 10 months old, Pookie has a lot to learn and needs a family who are committed to providing training and socialisation around other dogs.
