Meet these two very special girls, Patty and Selma
Patty and Selma came into us as two extremely petrified strays. They are very shy ladies who are very nervous of the outside world or anybody they meet. Despite believing the world is a very scary place, they are truly the sweetest girls. The staff have been working extremely hard to build their confidence and over time they have started to come round very slowly. They take treats super gently and they have just started to show how loving and affectionate they are. They have more recently allowed the staff to put them on a lead and take them out for a short walk and they have done amazingly well.
The girls have socialised well with other dogs since being with us at Cheshire and shown no sign of aggression to either people or dogs, despite there fears. For this reason, we feel the girls could potentially live with another dog, dependent on a successful dog meet.
However, due to Patty and Selma coming to us as strays and their nervous disposition, we feel they will need to be adopted by an adult only family with a quiet home.
We do not know how they react to cats at this stage.
