Meet Pablo… a 69kg, fluffy white Akita who could be mistaken for a polar bear!
Pablo arrived into our care as a stray and didn’t take long to come out of his shell once he’d settled into his new daily routine.
Pablo is a very friendly chap who doesn’t realise just how big he is. He becomes very playful with his favourite members of staff and can mouth quite hard during play so will require training with this.
Pablo enjoys his daily exercise and walks very well on the lead, although at times can pull if he feels he’s found something interesting worth investigating!
He enjoys playing with his toys, particularly his rope and will encourage a good game of tug.
Pablo has been friendly with other dogs he has met here but can become over exuberant, whacking them with his big paws. It’s fair to say he sometimes lacks manners when meeting other dogs!
Due to this, we feel Pablo is best suited to being the only dog in the household.
He is unable to live with cats and children in the household must be over the age of 14 years.
