This lovely girl is Harriet

Harriet is a sweet girl she can be a little nervous at first but once you get to know her she loves nothing better than greeting you by putting her paws up on you for a hug or for some sort of affection from you.

During her time in our care she has socialised well with other dogs, she enjoys going out for walks with various different breeds. Therefore we suggest she can be rehomed with another dog – subject to a successful dog meet.

Being a lurcher she does have a high prey drive so would not be suited to be in a home with a cat or any small animals. Anyone looking to offer her a home would need to be aware of this whilst on walks also and it is highly unlikely that she would be able to go off lead in unsecure areas due to this.

As Harriet came to us as a stray we have no knowledge of what she was like in a home or even if shes lived in a home environment before. Therefore we suggest a home for her with children no younger than 14 years old – subject to a successful meet.
