This super sweet little lady is Harriet, a Cross breed who arrived into our care as a stray.
Initially, Harriet was nervous and appeared terrified by the kennel environment, choosing not to interact with the staff. However, over the coming days, with plenty of patience and TLC, Harriet started to come out of her shell and display her gentle and loving persona. She began to show that she likes being shown affection and loves a little cuddle.
When spending time outside the kennel, Harriet can be a little wary in new situations and often looks for reassurance. She is making progress on her daily walks and is starting to enjoy a quiet stroll each day.
Harriet has met some of our other dogs whilst on her daily walks and although a little unsure on initial interactions, has been good with plenty of sniffing and even a few tail wags!
Harriet is now looking for her forever home where she will be loved and adored by a family who are able to continue with her ongoing training, socialisation and confidence building.
